The practice is owned and operated by Dr. Hoeppner.  Dr. Hoeppner is originally from Northwest Iowa, but has been a resident of Arizona for over 15 years.  Dr. Hoeppner is a  graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Biological Sciences and a  graduate of The Illinois College of Optometry with a doctorate of optometry degree.  During her studies at the Illinois College of Optometry, Dr. Hoeppner was honored on the dean’s list and was a member of SVOSH (Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) and the American Optometric Student Association.

As a practicing optometrist, Dr. Hoeppner is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association Cornea and Contact Lens Section, and the Arizona Optometric Association.  She is an active volunteer for the Special Olympics Opening Eyes Program, as well as the “Day On The Lake” event sponsored by The Barrow Neurological Institute and St. Joseph’s Hospital. 

Dr Hoeppner has experience in all areas of optometry including, pediatric examinations, contact lens fitting and ocular disease management.

Dr. Amy Michelle Lee graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2004 along with her associate Dr. Hoeppner, where she received her doctorate in optometry. She obtained her undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Arts in 2000 from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. Dr. Lee was born and raised in the Chicago area and relocated to Phoenix in 2004. After 5 and a half years of practicing in Arizona, Dr. Lee and her husband moved to the Los Angeles area due to her husband's job. After a year and a half of living in Southern California, Dr. Lee and her husband decided to move back to Phoenix to be nearer to family and friends.

Dr. Lee has experience in many areas of optometry and general ophthalmology, including lasik and cataract co-management, complex contact lens fittings, and has managed complex ocular conditions, a few of which included diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and glaucoma. She has also participated actively in the community and has contributed her time in the recent years to projects such as the Special Olympics and has volunteered at optical events within the community. The experiences that she has gained from each of these aspects of optometry has allowed her to provide excellent care for her patients. Dr. Lee enjoys working with patients of all ages and is excited to be a part of Perfect Focus Eyecare. She looks forward to meeting and providing great care to all her new patients and friends.

A 1973 graduate of the US Army's Academy of Health Sciences, School of opticianry at Fitzsimmons General hospital in Denver Colorado, Bob is quite literally an "old school optician" with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Bob began his optical carreer manufacturing eyeglasses at the US Army's optical lab in Kaiserslaughtern West Germany. After leaving the Army he worked in and managed numerous optical shops from Rockford IL, Janesville and Madison Wisconsin to Denver and Colorado Springs Colorado where he helped Dr. Marcus Meyer establish one of Colorado's largest optometric practices, Abba EyeCare. Bob is an expert at frame adjustment and repair and brings a wealth of knowlege and experience to Dr. Hoeppner's practice.

Giovanna was born in Los Angeles, California. She moved to Arizona when she was 7 years old. She is a student at Chandler-Gilbert Community College. She is getting her degree in Nursing. She enjoys dancing, swimming, and going to the movies. She also enjoys working for Dr. Hoeppner.
