Returns Policy

We are a retail location where you can come in and try on frames. Our website is really designed to show off products to save you time when you come in to our store. The internet has its’ place, but it is not the best way to purchase prescription glasses. Our website is great if you have already tried on a pair of non-prescription sunglasses and would just like to purchase them through us. If you are ordering prescription sunglasses or regular glasses, please come into the store and have us take your measurements. If you have a current prescription that is not expired, we won't require you to have a new exam.

We guarantee a comprehenisve and accurate refraction as well as your complete satisfaction with the prescription lenses when ordered through our office. Minor adjustments of the prescription and resulting replacement lenses necessary for your optimum vision and comfort will be done at no additional charge. The difference for upgrades in lens design, material or add-ons will be charged appropriately. "Remakes" as a result of an outside Doctor's prescription change within 60 days of delivery wil be done at "cost plus handling".

We guarantee your satisfaction with your choice of frame within 30 days of delivery. If for any reason you are not happy with the fit, style or comfort of your new frame, we will offer full credit towards selection of a new frame. If lenses cant not be reused, replacement lenses will be ordered for "cost plus handling". If you return a frame in full, we will give you full credit for the frame and a 50% refund on the lenses. We guarantee your eyewear (frame and lenses) against defects in material and workmanship for one year. Polycarbonate (Litestyle), Crizal anti-reflective coating and TD2 coated lenses come with a one year scratch warranty. Lenses will be replaced once at no charge. Refunds on returned eyewear or canceled orders will be made subject to any associated cost. Prescription lenses are a custom order and once "in process" can not be reused for anyone else. Damaged frames or frames missing parts cant not be extended full credit.

We will adjust and perform minor repairs on eyewear purchased at Perfect Focus Eyecare for the life of your eyewear. We will aslo gladly maintain your eyeglasses purchased elsewhere, but can not be held liable for any consequential mishap or damage. Any major repairs required not covered under warranty, will be charged at our usual and customary fee.

If your purchase is covered by insurance your return policy may be dictated by your insurer. Call the store or stop in and talk to an associate for details on how your insurance handles this.
