We accept most major vision insurance plans.  Please have the primary cardholder's information available when you call so we can contact your insurer to determine you plan's benefits prior to your appointment.

Payment is due in full at the date of service.  For your convenience we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as personal checks and cash.
